Michael L. Studd
Michael Studd graduated from Penn State Behrend in 2000 with a Bachelor of Arts in English. Mr. Studd later attended the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, graduating in 2003 with his Juris Doctorate. Mr. Studd ran Thomas A. Will & Associates Workers’ Compensation Department from 2003-2012, and has been doing the same with his own firm since September 2012. Michael has continued to work aggressively on behalf of those injured on the job, a responsibility he does not take lightly.
Throughout the years, Mr. Studd has successfully litigated many workers’ compensation claims and settled several high-valued compromise and release agreements. Prior to passing the bar, Mr. Studd had an opportunity to clerk for Pennsylvania Supreme Court Chief Justice Ralph Cappy. Michael is an active member of the Western Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association.
